When will I receive my order?
Once the order is shipped you will receive a notification email containing courier details and tracking number. The orders are delivered within approximately 5-7 business days. We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods (including sales) deliveries may take a little longer. Please note that we cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier. Track your order here.
*International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and custom fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination and are the responsibility of the recipient.
What if my waist trainer is too tight?
The waist trainer isn't called Hold Me Tight for nothing lol. It will be tight when you first receive it. It's also supposed to be tight and you may need some help getting it on for the first time. The waist trainer will start to support your core and shape your waist. If it doesn't pull tight on your waist then it won't work properly. Over time you will find it will feel more comfortable as it shapes you. Be sure to eat healthy-ish, workout, and wear your waist trainer to see the results you’ve always dreamed of.
How long should I wear my waist trainer for each day and what benefits does it have?
We recommend starting with 2 hours a day and slowly improve to around 8hrs per day. Potential benefits include:
- Reduces inches around your waist
- Improves your posture - stand tall and confident
- Promotes sweating in your midsection during your workout
- Post surgery contouring and shaping
- Accelerates weight loss
- Contours midsection
- Postpartum waist reshaping

I've purchased an item and it doesn't fit?
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any of our products.
You can always contact us for any questions at hello@shopleisureforever.com.We create specific and accurate size charts for each of our items. Please measure yourself using a soft measuring tape and compare with each size chart to ensure the correct size is purchased the first time. We also do not accept returns and exchanges due to sanitary safety during the Covid19 pandemic, also due to our garments being more "intimate" in nature. This is one way in which we can ensure the safety of our staff and customers.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at hello@shopleisureforever.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
